No. The Forum is open to all without any requirements for participation.
Can I use my support incidents with applications shipped in past years?
Yes. If you purchase a commercial license, you are paid-up for support for 12 months. You may use your support incidents for applications/devices shipped during that period or to resolve support issues for product shipped in past years.
